It was an early Saturday morning, and Minke had a day off, which meant that Melph had a day off because they're lovers and why wouldn't they want a day off together, so Rocio was helping open the store, setting out the menus and condiments on the tables. She seemed agitated or distracted though, and kept stopping to look out of the window at the empty street.
